					Dr Bill was a dear friend, a fine poet, a devoted teacher, and loving man who always appreciated a good laugh.  He will be sorely missed, though he will remain with us always. Celebrate Dr Bill's life and extend condolences to Thelma. @ the Douglas Wilder Center (the big theater) on the Norfolk State University campus at the corner of Brambleton and Park Avenues 2:30 p.m. Saturday April 10
